I am so happy to be part of the 2018 UWS Spring Open Exhibition, currently on view at the Visual Art Institute in Salt Lake City.   Visit the Exhibition May 11-June 15.

I painted  A Silver Lake Morning  plein air, that is outside.  It was a warm, sunny August morning in Big Cottonwood Canyon-- lots of people enjoying the lake, the beautiful Wasatch mountains in the background,  and a bull moose around the corner.

This painting was also chosen to travel in the 2018-2019 Utah Division of Arts & Museums Traveling Exhibition.
